Soyuz MS-18 spacecraft received authorization to proceed with fueling

At the Baikonur Launch Site, Technical Management held their meeting at which a decision was made to proceed with fueling the manned transportation spacecraft (MTS) Soyuz MS-18.

Today specialists from RSC Energia and core companies of Roscosmos start the planned operations to load the spacecraft with propellant components and compressed gases. After completion of activities at the filling station Soyuz MS-18 will return to the processing facility of Area 254.

The launch of the launch vehicle Soyuz-2.1a carrying MTS Soyuz MS-18 under the program of Expeditions 65 and 66 to the International Space Station is scheduled for April 9, 2021 from the Baikonur Launch Site.
