Today, on June 30, 2021 at 02:27:20 Moscow time launch vehicle Soyuz-2.1 carrying cargo transportation vehicle Progress MS-17 was successfully launched from Launch Pad No.6 of Area No. 31 (Vostok) of the Baikonur launch site under the International Space Station flight program. In 8 minutes 49 seconds a nominal separation of the spacecraft from the launcher upper stage was recorded, the solar arrays and antennas were deployed.

This morning integrated launch vehicle (ILV) Soyuz-2.1 with cargo transportation spacecraft Progress S-17 was rolled out from the integration and test facility of the launch vehicle and erected on the launch pad of Area 31 of the Baikonur launch site.
According to L-2 day program the launch teams began to perform processing operations on preflight testing of ILV systems and assemblies with the interface check of the onboard and ground equipment of the rocket and space complex.

The egress hatch of the Mini Research Module Poisk is closed, Roscosmos cosmonauts Oleg Novitsky and Petr Dubrov have completed the 48th scheduled spacewalk (EVA-48). During their debut spacewalk they have successfully completed all the work to install equipment on the outer surface of the Russian Segment of the International Space Station. The hatch on the Poisk docking compartment was closed at 16:12 Moscow Time on June2, 2021. The duration of the extravehicular activity was 7 hours and 19 minutes.
