Progress MS-15 designers inspection and encapsulation into payload fairing are complete

Drawing to a close at Baikonur Launch Site is the processing of the cargo transportation spacecraft Progress MS-15 for the launch under the program of the 76th resupply mission to the International Space Station (ISS).

Today, specialists from RSC Energia and core enterprises of Roscosmos have conducted designers inspection of the cargo transportation spacecraft Progress MS-15 installed in the integration and test rig and performed processing operations to encapsulate it into the payload fairing, and conducted the launch readiness checks within the ascent unit.

The launch of the Soyuz-2.1a launch vehicle carrying Progress MS-15 is scheduled for July 23, 2020 from Area 31 launch pad at the Baikonur Launch Site.
