April 20, 2020

At Baikonur cosmodrome, drawing to a close is the planned processing of the cargo transportation spacecraft Progress MS-14, developed and built by RSC Energia, for the launch under the program of the 75th resupply mission to the International Space Station (ISS).

Today Progress MS-14, integrated into the ascent unit, was prepared for transportation to the final assembly with the launch vehicle. Specialists from RSC Energia turned the spacecraft into horizontal position, loaded it into a special railway car and sent it to the Area 31 processing facility.

The launch of the Soyuz-2.1a launch vehicle carrying Progress MS-14 is scheduled for April 25, 2020. The spacecraft is to deliver to the ISS propellant, water and other cargoes that are needed to support further operation of the space station in a manned mode.
