Fuelling and loading of Progress MS-14 logistics vehicle completed

At Baikonur cosmodrome RSC Energia specialists continue as planned the processing of the cargo transportation spacecraft Progress MS-14 for the launch under the program of the 75th resupply mission to the International Space Station (ISS).

After completion of the fuelling operations the spacecraft was delivered to the processing facility and was installed into the dynamic test system for completion of the final phases of pre-launch processing and stowing of the additional cargo of fresh food and onboard documentation into the cargo compartment.

Progress MS-14 is to deliver to the ISS a supply of propellant and gases with a total mass of 700 kg, as well as 1350 kg of various equipment and cargoes, including hardware for onboard control systems and life support systems, instruments for scientific experiments, sanitary and hygienic materials and medical monitoring equipment, 420 liters of water in the refueling tanks and standard food rations. In addition, the crew of the ISS missin will receive symbols dedicated to the 75th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War.

The launch of the Soyuz-2.1a launch vehicle carrying Progress MS-14 is scheduled for April 25, 2020 from the Baikonur launch site.
