RSC Energia at the Doors Open Day at Moscow Aviation Institute

February 5, 2019

On February 2 the Moscow Aviation Institute held its already traditional Doors Open Day in the format of poster exhibitions and presentations from employing companies.

Future high-school graduates planning to enter MAI to pursue studies sponsored by their future employer, and their parents, met with representatives of the Corporation. At the exhibit they got detailed information about professions that are in highest demand, possibilities of employer-sponsored education, areas of work, social and youth policies of Energia.

Keen interest among prospective students was sparked by the presentation Space Starts Here! Education Sponsored by S.P.Korolev RSC Energia, which was presented by the head of department of Skills Assessment and Development Vitaly Kovinko. In the course of the presentation the high-school students and their parents got acquainted with the history, major areas of activities of the Corporation, special aspects of the education sponsored by future employer and watched a film Space Designers made by the Corporation press center. There was also a discussion of issues that concern the high-school students the most, touching upon all the stages of employer-sponsored education in the interests of the company and the prospects for employment after completion of the studies.

RSC Energia participates in the company-sponsored personnel training program since 2008. At present 18 leading institutions of higher learning train 940 future-employer sponsored students in the interests of the Corporation, out of which 197 are trained in the interests of ZAO ZEM. In 2019 there are plans to enroll into institutions of higher learning 123 prospective students sponsored by the Corporation.
