The Soyuz MS-15 manned spacecraft at 22:42 Moscow time on September 25, 2019 docked to the docking port of Service Module Zvezda of the International Space Station Russian Segment.
A 4-orbit rendezvous capability of Soyuz with the Station was envisaged by the flight program. The docking was performed in the automatic mode under supervision of specialists of the Lead Operational Control Team of the Russian Segment of the International Space Station at the Mission Control Center.

Today, on September 25, 2019, at 16:57:42 Moscow time integrated launch vehicle Soyuz-FG with the Soyuz MS-15 manned transport spacecraft was launched from Pad No. 1 (Gagarins launch pad) of the Baikonur Launch Site. All flight phases passed in normal mode.
After the spacecraft separation from the third stage of the launch vehicle, specialists of the Lead Operational Control Team of the ISS Russian Segment (RS) at the Mission Control Center assumed control of its mission.

Today, on September 26, specialists of RSC Energia and core enterprises of Roscosmos successfully performed a set of technological operations for general assembly of the Integrated Launch Vehicle: the payload module with the Soyuz MS-15 spacecraft was mated with the Soyuz-FG launch vehicle.
After that meetings of the technical management and the State commission were held where a decision on readiness of the Integrated Launch Vehicle for roll-out and installation on the launch pad was issued.

Today, on September 20, 2019, the prime and the backup crews of the forthcoming expedition to the ISS 61/62 according to the prelaunch processing plan provided the second training a check inspection of the Soyuz MS-15 manned transport spacecraft in the complete set ready for launch.
After an introductory briefing crews took their places in the spacecraft, clarified the arrangement of kits with hardware to be delivered to the Station, in the test mode they checked operability of various systems including the communication system.
