MCC. Cargo vehicle Progress S-07 is deorbited

On April 26, 2018 transport cargo vehicle (CV) Progress S-07 completed its mission.

Nominally, TCV Progress S-07 departed from the docking compartment Pirs (DC1) of the Russian Segment of the International Space Station (ISS) at 16:50:30 Moscow time on March 28, 2018.

After undocking space vehicle Progress S-07 continued its orbital flight in an automatic mode during which applied scientific research and experiments were conducted.

According to the flight program of TCV Progress S-07 on April 26, 2018 at 07:08 Moscow time the propulsion system fired a de-boost burn. The engine was running for 205 sec.

At 07:42 Moscow time the vehicle re-entered the Earths atmosphere, and at 07:51 Moscow time its structural elements that had not burned up in the atmosphere impacted an area in the Pacific Ocean located far off the shipping lanes.

Transport cargo vehicle Progress S-07 was part of the ISS from October 16, 2017.
