![]() NewsRSC Energia: the rocket with the Soyuz MS-15 manned transport spacecraft is installed on the launch padSeptember 23, 2019Today, on September 23, 2019, the Soyuz-FG launch vehicle with the Soyuz MS-15 manned transport spacecraft is rolled out of the Integration and Checkout Facility and erected on the launch pad No. 1 (Gagarin’s launch pad) of the Baikonur launch site. Specialists of RSC Energia and core enterprises of Roscosmos began processing activities under the L-2 days program. Tomorrow, on September 24, 2019, at the meeting of the State Commission the Soyuz MS-15 spacecraft crews will be approved, after which a pre-launch press conference will be held. The launch of the Soyuz MS-15 spacecraft to the International Space Station is scheduled for September 25. The prime crew of the ISS-61/62 consists of Roscosmos cosmonaut Oleg Skripochka (commander), NASA astronaut Jessica Meir (flight engineer) and space flight participant from UAE Hazza Al Mansouri. Their backups are Roscosmos cosmonaut Sergei Ryzhikov, NASA astronaut Thomas Marshburn and space flight participant Sultan Al Neyadi (UAE).
