![]() NewsCargo transportation spacecraft Progress MS-12 has been sent to general assemblyJuly 25, 2019The prelaunch processing of cargo transportation spacecraft Progress MS-12 at the Baikonur launch site is under completion. On July 25 transportation of the payload unit with cargo transportation spacecraft Progress MS-12 to the integration facility for general assembly with launch vehicle Soyuz-2.1a was provided. The launch of cargo transportation spacecraft Progress MS-12 under the International Space Station is scheduled for July 31, 2019. The cargo spacecraft will deliver to the ISS 1.2 tons of dry cargo more than a ton of propellant in tanks of the refueling system, 420 kg of water in tanks of the Podnik system and also 50 kg of compressed gas in bottles. The cargo compartment stowage contains science equipment, completing parts for life-support system, as well as containers with foodstuff, clothing, medical drugs and the personal hygiene aids for the crewmembers.
