The training sessions of Russian cosmonauts S. Volkov and O. Kononenko who are the back-up crewmembers of the ISS-25/26 Expedition were held at S.P. Korolev Rocket & Space Corporation Energia within the crew training program for the International Space Station (ISS) Expeditions.
The Corporation specialists acquainted S. Volkov with procedures for the onboard computer system mathematical software replacement, operation with information - control system and pipeline pressurization. He also passed training in the onboard simulator operations for the vehicle docking and redocking with the ISS and was engaged in theoretical studies of the outer atmosphere of the Station.
Both cosmonauts: S. Volkov and O. Kononenko were engaged in the training session dedicated to the replacement procedure of the given set of lines for condensate pumping.
