- Launch of Richard Garriot, visiting crew VC-15 space flight participant, citizen of the USA, on board the Soyuz TMA-13 manned vehicle;
- Unloading of the Soyuz TMA-13 transport vehicle;
- Handover/acceptance of Soyuz vehicles during scheduled replacement of Soyuz TMA-12 vehicle performing the rescue vehicle functions as part of the ISS since April 10, 2008;
- Performance of the program of experiments under the GTA project onboard the ISS;
- Performance of photography and video filming on board the ISS RS for education purposes;
- Communications operation using Sputnik-SM radar;
- Activities on information of the public and symbolic operation;
- Communications operation with the Russian Mission Control Center;
- Servicing of the Soyuz TMA transport vehicle systems;
- Visiting crew life support on ISS RS;
- ISS emergency drill walk;
- Return of equipment to the Soyuz TMA-12 transport vehicle;
- Return to earth of Richard Garriott, the space flight participant, and two crew members of the ISS-17 Sergey Volkov and Oleg Kononenko in the Soyuz TMA-12 descent vehicle.
