PURPOSE:
The study of effects of space flight environments on the process of
cultivating in zero gravity an E.Coli producer of the
Caf1 Yersenia pestis antigen protein.
OBJECTIVES:
Obtaining data on the effects of zero gravity on the biosynthesis,
secretion and biological properties of the E.Coli producer of
genetically engineered antigen protein Caf1.
EXPECTED RESULTS:
The obtained data will be used for obtaining high-purity Caf1
proteins under ground conditions.
EXPERIMENT RESULTS:
Returned to Earth are Bioekologia cases and photographic materials taken
during the experiment.
