USED SCIENCE HARDWARE:

  • Bioekologia case (2 pcs.)
  

PURPOSE:

To determine the effect of orbital flight environment on the growth, genetic, and physiological properties of the lactolen producer strain.

OBJECTIVES:

  • To develop exposure conditions for the cultures of еру Lactobacillus delbruecki subsp. Bulgfricus LH8 strain producing lactolen.
  • Obtaining recombinant strains of producers of bioactive substances with improved properties.

EXPECTED RESULTS:

The obtained material will be used for ground section of the producer strains with improved properties (increased lactolen yield).

EXPERIMENT RESULTS:

Returned to Earth are Bioekologia cases and photographic materials taken during the experiment.
