is a score sheet with a list of parameters (sensations: flavor,
taste, texture, freshness, spice, sweetness and general acceptability),
by which the food will be evaluated.
CREW SUPPORT EQUIPMENT:
- Camcorder Sony HVR-Z1 (or Sony DSR PD-150P);
- Digital camera Nikon D2X (or Nikon D1X)
for photo and video recording of the process of food tasting
by the Malaysian Angkasawan
Compare the sensory evaluation score under two different conditions,
on earth and in the ISS under near-zero gravity.
Tasting of Malaysian food and writing down the sensory evaluation
score in the score sheet.
