Experiment VINO forms part of the scientific research
program performed by Italian Astronaut Roberto Vittori
(ESA) on the Russian Segment of the ISS in the frame
of ENEIDE
ISM Project. The European Space Agency is a customer
of the preparation and implementation of the research
program.
USED SCIENCE HARDWARE:

PURPOSE:
Verify capability of vine tendril grafts grown
in various vineyards of Toscana area to survive and
grow after the exposure in LEO.
OBJECTIVE:
Passive exposure of vine tendril grafts on the ISS
RS.
EXPERIMENT RESULTS:
Samples of vine tendril grafts exposed on the ISS
Russian Segment and returned to the ground.
