PURPOSE:

Assessment of cytotoxic activity of isolated human blood lymphocytes during the combined cultivation with cell culture K-562 under microgravity conditions.

OBJECTIVES:

To conduct the process of intercellular interaction and return of the findings to Earth.

EXPERIMENT RESULTS:

  • Insert 'Filters' with the culture of cellular suspension;
  • Containing the intercellular interaction products.

EXPECTED RESULTS:

The research conducted allows to develop the methods for analyzing immunity system condition directly onboard the orbital space station.
