OBJECTIVE:

Investigation of parodontium tissue state in space flight conditions.

TASKS:

  • Determination of immunoglobulin concentration in oral fluid
  • Determination of an antibodies and pathogenic microflora ratio
  • Investigation of the nature of parodontium microflora
  • Development of parodontium disease prophylactic

EXPECTED RESULTS:

  • Determination of parodontium microbiocenosis and local immunity state
  • Improvement of a cosmonaut's maxillodental system state
