ARISS-2 experiment is a part of the science research program to be performed aboard the ISS RS by Pedro Duque, ESA astronaut of Spanish nationality in the frame of the SERVANTES Project and continued EDUCATION experiment performed under the ODISSEA Project. The European Space Agency is a customer for the preparation and implementation of the scientific program.

USED SCIENCE HARDWARE:

Sputnik-SM radio amateur communication system
- Radio station;
- Package module;
- Adapter;
- Set of cables.

PURPOSE:

Implementation of ARISS society activity aimed at establishment, development and maintenance of radio amateur communication sessions with the use of Sputnik-SM satellite aboard the ISS.

OBJECTIVES:

Performance of radio communication sessions in real time with the ISS during which schoolchildren and students at selected schools of Spain and Holland will put questions to the Spanish astronaut.
