A meeting of the State Commission was held, which approved the primary and the backup crews for Soyuz TMA-9 and ISS-14, and also made a decision to proceed with preparations of the space-rocket system Soyuz-FG/Soyuz TMA-9 for fuelling and launch at the scheduled time – on September 18, 2006, at 08 hours 08 minutes Moscow Time.
