In the LV processing facility, the orbital module was integrated
with the launch vehicle.
  
  
At 15 hours Moscow time, a meeting of the Intergovernmental
Commission and the Technical Management was held where a
decision was made to roll out the launch vehicle carrying
Soyuz TMA-1 to the launch pad.
