In 1999, at sanatorium Krepost (RSC Energia) in Kislovodsk, a Center for Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons was established.

There, disabled persons with locomotive dysfunction undergo psychological rehabilitation, as well as receive out-patient servicing and sanatorium treatment.

Fabricated at the Center are lower extremities prostheses. There are also plans to start fabricating there upper extremities prostheses, doing work on mammary gland prosthetics, and fabricating orthopedic insoles.

The Center has production facilities which allow to fabricate prosthetic and orthopedic products with the use of advanced technologies from abroad.
