Consumer goods manufacture uses unique imported and home - made equipment, which allows to conduct precision, expanded
control of consumer goods electric and operational characteristics during output of products (quick 100% inspection of the
main parameters), as well as periodic lot inspection with a more precise extended range of their parameters and their printouts.
For commutator production control the use is made of a unique Japanese equipment making it possible to carry out
commutator dynamic tests with the subsequent bars check for runouts and generating test charts pintouts.
For periodic inspection of the output, for instance, new completing items, there is endurance test equipment, which
allows to monitor a wide range of the parameters, such as noise tests, vibration tests, run tests, impact tests and the like.
